All services are provided based on a mutually agreed proposal, scope of work, timeline, and commercial terms.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws in India. You shall not:

  • Verbal changes are not considered binding unless confirmed in writing

5. Payments & Pricing

  • Advance payment is mandatory before project initiation
  • Balance payments must be made as per agreed milestones
  • Delayed payments may result in suspension or termination of services
  • Payments once made are non-refundable, unless explicitly agreed in writing

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Upon receipt of full and final payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client
  • Leanitech retains ownership of all pre-existing materials, frameworks, code libraries, and tools
  • Leanitech reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes
  • Third-party tools, fonts, themes, or plugins remain subject to their respective licenses

7. Revisions & Changes

  • A limited number of revisions are included as defined in the project agreement
  • Additional revisions or substantial changes beyond scope may attract extra charges
  • Delays caused by excessive revision requests may affect delivery timelines

8. Marketing & SEO Disclaimer

While Leanitech follows industry best practices:

  • We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, conversions, or sales
  • Digital marketing and SEO results depend on multiple external and uncontrollable factors
  • No liability shall arise due to changes in algorithms or platform policies

9. Technical Support

  • Support services are provided as per agreed plans or maintenance packages
  • Support does not include new development unless specified
  • Emergency or extended support may be chargeable

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all business, technical, and project-related information, except:

  • Where disclosure is required by law or court order
  • Where information is publicly available without breach

This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

  • Leanitech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
  • Leanitech shall not be responsible for loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss
  • Liability arising from third-party tools, platforms, or hosting providers is excluded

In any event, Leanitech’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service.

12. Third-Party Services

Services may involve third-party platforms or tools. Leanitech is not responsible for:

  • Downtime, errors, or performance issues of third-party services
  • Changes in third-party policies, pricing, or availability
  • Any loss caused due to reliance on third-party systems

13. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice
  • All payments made are non-refundable
  • Work completed up to the termination date must be paid for
  • Leanitech may suspend services for breach of terms or non-payment

14. Changes to Terms

Leanitech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
